At Grace House Care Home, we provide 24-hour care tailored to each resident’s needs, preferences and lifestyle.

Each of our 21 bedrooms is thoughtfully designed for comfort and accessibility:
- 13 rooms with en-suite facilities
- Digital Freeview TV and telephone points
- Nurse call systems in every room
- Full fire safety systems and stair lifts throughout the home
Residents are encouraged to bring personal belongings, photographs and familiar furniture to make their room truly their own.
Communal Spaces for Comfort & Companionship
Dining Room
Our bright dining room offers a warm, social setting where residents can enjoy meals together. In-room dining is also available for those who prefer to eat privately.
Living Room
The spacious lounge is the heart of Grace House, providing a comfortable place to relax, watch television, read or enjoy conversation with friends. Seating is arranged to encourage companionship and a strong sense of community.
Nutritious Home-Cooked Meals
Good nutrition plays a vital role in health and wellbeing. Our in-house chefs prepare freshly cooked meals daily using seasonal ingredients.
Residents enjoy:

- Traditional afternoon tea with cake
Menus are reviewed regularly with residents and families to ensure meals reflect individual tastes, cultural needs and dietary requirements.
We cater for:
- Diabetic and weight-managed diets
- Prescribed high-calorie nutritional plans
- Cultural and religious dietary needs
We use the BAPEN nutritional screening tool, along with regular weight checks and care plan reviews, to monitor and support residents’ health.
