The staff are absolutely lovely My mum has been at Grace House for two years. She has really got so much better, physically and mentally while being there. The staff are absolutely lovely. I cannot fault any of them, always welcoming, always kind and they go out of their way to do extra things for the residents and welcome visitors, even though they are busy. Staff seem to stay a long time, which I believe shows good management and working relationships and a good atmosphere all round. It was very difficult for everyone during Covid, but they got through it, by managing the state sickness and rules to keep residents safe. Thank you!Review June 2024
Grace House is a lovely care home. The staff are very nice and seem to really care for the residents. Food is exceptionally good. Dee the activities coordinator is wonderful at her job.
