The staff are without doubt the stars! They do everything they can for my mother, I am so grateful. My mother arrived last summer and it makes the biggest difference to all of us to have her cared for in Grace House Care Home. The home is small and they care about everyone.

Mum has lived at Grace House for 11 years now. She had some challenging behaviours and the staff all underwent specialist training so that they could cope with her. Our Admiral Nurse at the time helped us find the placement and when asked ‘this is our mum – is this the right place for her to go’ answered ‘definitely’!. They genuinely care for her – they treat her like their own mum. She is always clean and well-presented when we visit and whatever we ask for her is never too much trouble. They connect really well with GPs Psychiatrists, Social services and when we thought she was end of life, the care they gave her was second to none. As a family we all agree that this is where we want to be placed when the time comes for us to need residential care. JoReview May 2025
