My mum’s husband, who was also elderly missed her dreadfully when mum went into the home and right up until his own passing he was made to feel welcome – given cups of tea and even offered meals there when they knew he was lonely. In fact many of the G H team attended his funeral. When he received his own terminal diagnosis the staff at Grace House worked with Frimley Park Hospital and enabled a final visit to his wife in the home on her 80th birthday. I cannot tell you what that meant to him and us as a family. Gary![]()

I cannot praise Grace House enough. From their kind and gentle initial assessment in my home to welcoming my mother on her first day with a comfortable and cosy room by calm, smiling and happy staff. Delicious food. Constant activities with much laughter. There is a genuine concern and care for each resident. I too have felt supported in the difficult decision to relinquish care. I can visit at any time but have occasionally arrived only to find that she has been taken out to the pub! I can also bring my little dog to visit. I feel truly grateful that I have found Grace House.![]()

My husband was placed here for respite care from the hospital. We had no chance to visit Grace House so were pleasantly surprised when we got there. It was a lovely atmosphere and very caring staff. He was happy there and interacted with the activities which he hasn't done for a long time.![]()
