Ashley Jones – Owner & Director

A qualified Social Worker with extensive experience in both private and local authority care settings, Ashley is closely involved in the daily running of Grace House and lives locally in Lower Bourne.

Juliana Haddaji – Registered Manager

With over 35 years’ experience in the care sector, Juliana brings knowledge, warmth and strong leadership to the home, ensuring the highest standards of care are delivered consistently.

Our Professional & Compassionate Care Team

Our experienced Care Assistants receive regular training in:

  • Dementia care and challenging behaviour
  • Medication administration
  • Infection control
  • Fire safety

Several team members hold NVQ Level 4 qualifications, and a Senior Carer is always on duty to ensure safe, consistent and compassionate care.

    Open quotation symbolMum has lived at Grace House for 11 years now. She had some challenging behaviours and the staff all underwent specialist training so that they could cope with her. Our Admiral Nurse at the time helped us find the placement and when asked ‘this is our mum – is this the right place for her to go’ answered ‘definitely’!. They genuinely care for her – they treat her like their own mum. She is always clean and well-presented when we visit and whatever we ask for her is never too much trouble. They connect really well with GPs Psychiatrists, Social services and when we thought she was end of life, the care they gave her was second to none.     Open quotation symbolThe staff are absolutely lovely My mum has been at Grace House for two years. She has really got so much better, physically and mentally while being there. The staff are absolutely lovely. I cannot fault any of them, always welcoming, always kind and they go out of their way to do extra things for the residents and welcome visitors, even though they are busy. Staff seem to stay a long time, which I believe shows good management and working relationships and a good atmosphere all round. It was very difficult for everyone during Covid, but they got through it, by managing the state sickness and rules to keep residents safe. Thank you!Close quotation symbol

He really enjoyed his time there and was always so jolly and happy whenever we would visit. It was obvious that he was in a very caring environment.
