Owners
Grace House is owned and managed by Mrs Tracey O'Shea and Mrs Allison Day.
Tracey, has been a registered general nurse for 22 years. She has worked in care of the elderly working as a matron/registered manager and now provider.
Allison, has worked within the elderly care sector for many years working in all aspects of care and latterly specialising in business/financial management and now provider.
Together we feel able to lead our team in providing the best in residential care for our residents.
The Team
Allison’s parents John and Gill live on the premises in the annexe at Grace House.
John is the Maintenance Supervisor and Gill is the Housekeeper. They also provide cover at night alongside the night Care Assistant.
They have a Team of experienced Care Assistants working with them to provide care to your relatives. All of the staff have a minimum of two years experience in Residential care and have a willingness to learn. The staff have completed training courses on subjects such as Medication Administration, Infection Control, and Fire Safety Awareness. They also have within their team staff completing their Health and Social Care Diploma Course. NVQ in Care level 2 has been completed by several members of their staff.
