Mission Statement
Grace House aims to provide a high standard of 24 hour individualised residential care. Our Surroundings promote comfort, peace and dignity, therefore creating a homely atmosphere.
We provide 24 hour residential care long term and respite. Also cater for residents suffering with Dementia.
